Solok Slim – Showhouse

Strategically located in Jelutong, near to Penang’s business centre and various educational institutions – perfect for affluent, upwardly mobile inner city professionals and catering to those looking to indulge in luxuries and hobbies alike. In a nutshell: ‘Prestigious sophisticated urban living’.

This was the design brief for the show unit at Solok Slim by SP Setia.

Each of the elements showcased, from the feature walls and ambient lighting through to the kitchen units, dining utensils and décor items have been chosen carefully to complement each other and to create a distinguished, affluent but homely and affordable environment.
